Delightful cinnamon twists made with crescent roll dough, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. Brush each triangle with the melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the buttered triangles.
  6. Twist each triangle into a spiral shape and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Beat the egg and brush it over the twists.
  8. Slide the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving warm.

Notes
