A deliciously creamy cheesecake made with fresh strawberries and a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree
  • 1/2 cup strawberry crunch crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the sour cream and strawberry puree until well combined. Pour over the crust.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with strawberry crunch crumbs before serving.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or fresh strawberries. Cheesecake can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
