Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs together in a shallow bowl.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish.
  7. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.
  8. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  9. Pour the garlic sauce evenly over the chicken.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra crispy crust, let the coated chicken sit for a few minutes before searing.
