  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tbsp gelatin (optional for firmness)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
