A creamy and comforting dish featuring tender chicken breasts enveloped in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, stirring gently and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating well in the sauce. Simmer together for a few more minutes. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Pairs well with steamed asparagus or garlic mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
