  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, chicken broth, heavy cream, and mixed vegetables in a large bowl. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Prepare the biscuit dough by mixing biscuit mix with milk until combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit dough over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge or frozen for later use. Consider adding cheese or herbs for extra flavor.
