  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, then add the Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked fettuccine with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, then serve hot garnished with parsley.
