Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (like dill or parsley), chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, bread crumbs, herbs, and lemon juice. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Carefully cut a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff with the seafood mixture.
  4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sear the stuffed salmon for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the salmon to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
