Succulent ribeye steaks topped with zesty, garlicky Cowboy Butter for a flavorful grilling experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cowboy Butter: In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, then set aside.
  2. Get the Grill Ready: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the Steaks: Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the Steaks: Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.
  5. Rest the Steaks: Once cooked, remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes to seal in those juicy flavors.
  6. Top with Cowboy Butter: Top the warm steaks with the prepared Cowboy Butter and serve immediately for a delicious finish!

Notes

Let the steaks come to room temperature before grilling for a more even cook. For extra flavor, make additional Cowboy Butter for vegetables or bread.
