A light and fluffy mousse made with cottage cheese and fresh strawberries, offering a refreshing treat for any occasion.

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)

Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth: In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, sliced strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip for extra creaminess: If desiring a richer mousse, whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form and fold into the cottage cheese mixture.
