Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Combine the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Stir until everything is well blended.
  2. Heat the Skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil, allowing it to melt and coat the surface.
  3. Pour and Cook: Pour a generous amount of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  4. Flip and Finish: Gently flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 2 minutes.
  5. Serve Warm: Serve the pancakes warm with syrup or your favorite toppings.

Notes

For a twist, try adding blueberries or chocolate chips to the batter. Leftover pancakes can be refrigerated for up to three days or frozen for up to two months.
