  • 2 sesame seed buns
  • Lettuce, shredded
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Pickles, sliced
  • Onions, diced

Instructions

  1. Cook the hamburger patties over medium-high heat until browned, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  2. Prepare the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Toast the sesame seed buns until golden in a dry skillet or toaster.
  4. Assemble the burger’s base with a layer of special sauce, lettuce, a slice of cheese, and one cooked patty, followed by pickles and onions.
  5. Build the middle layer with the middle bun, more sauce, lettuce, cheese, the second patty, pickles, onions, and more sauce.
