A delightful recipe for Cookies and Cream Fudge, combining creamy white chocolate and crunchy chocolate sandwich cookies.

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (e.g., Oreos)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Fold in the crushed cookies gently to maintain some crunch.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
