  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, for coating

Instructions

  1. Cream the butters and sugars: In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add flavor: Mix in the vanilla extract and salt, ensuring the flavors are well-blended.
  3. Incorporate the flour: Gradually add all-purpose flour to the mixture and stir gently until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
