Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper until smooth.
  2. Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until bubbling.
  3. Pour in the eggs and cook for 1-2 minutes until edges start to set.
  4. Add your desired fillings on one half of the omelette.
  5. Fold the other half over and cook until set, about another minute.
  6. Serve immediately, fresh from the skillet.
