A classic meatloaf recipe that combines savory ground beef and onions, topped with a tangy ketchup glaze, perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while you gather and prepare the ingredients.
  2. Combine the ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, eggs, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Use your hands to mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf shape.
  4. Place your shaped meatloaf into a baking dish, making sure it fits comfortably.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
