A timeless recipe for deviled eggs that combines creamy yolks with tangy mustard and vinegar, perfect for any gathering.

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill the egg whites with the mixture.
  4. Garnish with paprika and chives or parsley if desired.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

For easy peeling, use eggs that have been in the fridge for a few days. You can also experiment with different flavors by adding bacon, avocado, or different mustards.
