  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Create the Base of Greens: In a large bowl, arrange the mixed greens as the base.
  2. Layering the Colors: Layer the cherry tomatoes, avocado, bacon, chicken, blue cheese, and hard-boiled eggs on top of the greens in rows.
