A creamy and comforting Chicken Alfredo dish that delights with each bite.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked chicken and fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra richness, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese and don’t overcook the pasta.
