  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Create the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool completely before topping with sour cream.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
