A simple yet delicious banana bread that brings warmth and comfort to any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter until well-blended.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and a pinch of salt.
  5. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Integrate the flour gently into the wet ingredients.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes.
  8. Cool the bread in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
