A simple yet flavorful grilled chicken marinated with fresh cilantro and lime, perfect for summer cookouts.

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Refrigerate: Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the Grill: While the chicken marinates, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  6. Rest the Chicken: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
