Delightful Churro Cheesecake Bars that combine a buttery graham cracker crust with a creamy cheesecake filling and a sweet drizzle of dulce de leche, all dusted with cinnamon sugar.

  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the egg and mix until combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. Drizzle the dulce de leche on top, creating swirls.
  6. Mix the remaining sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set, with edges slightly puffed.
  8. Cool completely before adding whipped cream and cutting into squares.
