A vibrant and hearty salad that combines all the flavors of a classic BLT sandwich without the heavy bread, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Juicy tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • English cucumber, diced
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Buttermilk
  • Ranch seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop up the fresh romaine lettuce and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Slice the juicy tomatoes and dice the English cucumber, then toss them with the chopped green onions and add to the bowl.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy and crumble it into pieces before adding to the salad.
  4. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the salad.
