A delightful casserole filled with flaky biscuits, pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni, perfect for a cozy dinner.

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped bell peppers and onions; sauté until soft.
  3. Cut the biscuits into quarters and add them to the skillet with the pizza sauce and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese.
