Chocolate Peanut Butter Lasagna

A no-bake dessert that combines layers of rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter for a nostalgic and delicious experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups of whipped topping
  • 1 box of chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 additional cup of whipped topping for garnish
  • Chocolate shavings or chips for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thick and creamy.
  6. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  9. Garnish with chocolate shavings or chips before serving.

Notes

For a healthier twist, substitute half the cream cheese with Greek yogurt and use dark chocolate pudding.
