Rich and decadent chocolate peanut butter fudge that is quick to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan by lining an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate chips over low heat until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the powdered sugar and mix continuously until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Remove from the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Consider adding crushed nuts or drizzling melted chocolate on top for added texture.
