- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl and gradually mix into the wet mixture.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheets before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or swapping half of the chocolate chips for white chocolate chips.
