Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease and flour four ramekins.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter and chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar until light and frothy.
  5. Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg and sugar blend.
  6. Fold in the all-purpose flour and salt.
