A rich and decadent chocolate ganache tart that melts in your mouth, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made tart crust
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake the tart crust in the oven for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  4. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled tart crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours or until the ganache has set.
  7. Slice and serve, optionally garnished with fresh berries or whipped cream.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon to the tart crust if making your own. High-quality dark chocolate enhances the taste.
