- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 ounces Cool Whip (1 large tub)
- 2 boxes chocolate instant pudding (small box, 3.9oz)
- 3 cups milk
Instructions
- Prepare the Nut Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Whip Up the Cream Cheese Layer: Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over the nut crust.
- Create the Chocolate Pudding Layer: Whisk the chocolate pudding mix with 3 cups of milk for about 2 minutes until thick. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Top it Off with Whipped Topping: Spread Cool Whip over the pudding layer. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Notes
