Delightfully flaky and buttery Chocolate Chip Croissants that are easy to make and sure to impress.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of croissant dough
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Place a few chocolate chips at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll the dough from the wide end to the point to form a croissant shape.
  5. Arrange the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Beat the egg and brush it over the croissants.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Freeze baked croissants for up to 2 months.
