Instructions
Bake the Chocolate Chip Cookies. Start off by baking a batch of your favorite chocolate chip cookies. Once golden brown, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely.
Layer the Foundation. In a springform pan, layer half of the chocolate chip cookies at the bottom.
Spread the Ice Cream. Spread a generous layer of velvety vanilla ice cream over the cookies.
Add the Colorful Candies. Sprinkle a vibrant layer of mini M&M’s over the ice cream.
Repeat the Layers. Repeat the layering with the remaining chocolate chip cookies, ice cream, and M&M’s.
Drizzle with Ganache. Drizzle warm chocolate ganache on top.
Freeze & Serve. Freeze the cake until set, then slice and serve to your guests!
