  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and chipotle sauce. Cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and no longer pink inside, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and shred the chicken.
