A simple yet sumptuous recipe for roasted chicken thighs, infused with garlic, rosemary, and lemon for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 Lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary in a bowl.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
