  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.
  4. Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs.
  5. Coat the chicken with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Fry the coated chicken in the hot oil for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  7. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes
