Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, and let sit for 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Preheat the Grill: While the chicken is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Assemble the Kabobs: Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers in an alternating pattern.
  5. Grill Kabobs to Perfection: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Serve and Enjoy!: Remove the kabobs from the grill and serve hot.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Leave space between kabobs on the grill for even cooking.
