  • 1 zucchini, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak the skewers in water for about 30 minutes if using wooden ones.
  2. Combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  4. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between chicken pieces and colorful vegetables.
