Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet.
  3. Season the mixture with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
