Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  2. Let it rest: Let it sit for about 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.

  4. Serve and enjoy: Before serving, stir well and top with fresh fruits.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add almond milk to loosen it up before serving.
