Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cherry Coke
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package (3 ounces) cherry Jello
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup cherries (fresh or canned, pitted)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the cherry Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of Cherry Coke and 1 cup of cold water. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Incorporate the pitted cherries into the mixture.
  4. Pour the jello mixture into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  5. Once set, unmold your jello onto a serving platter or scoop into bowls and enjoy chilled.

Notes

Pair with whipped cream for a creamy touch. Leftovers keep well in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
