Delicious cheesy stuffed mushrooms, perfect as an appetizer for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 10 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the mushrooms by cleaning them under running water and removing the stems.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  4. Combine breadcrumbs and grated parmesan with the garlic and oil mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cheesy breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Bake the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.

Notes

These mushrooms are best served warm and pair well with salads or charcuterie boards.
