A comforting dish of tender chicken and bowtie pasta enveloped in a creamy mozzarella sauce, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth, creating a luscious sauce.
  5. Combine the cooked bowtie pasta with the chicken and creamy sauce, stirring to evenly coat every piece.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and flavor.

Notes

For a lighter version, consider using half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
