A whimsical twist on classic cheesecake with crispy shells filled with sweet, creamy cheesecake and topped with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Cream cheese
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Strawberries (sliced)
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Butter (melted)
  • Strawberry glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush the tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over them.
  3. Shape the tortillas into taco forms and bake for about 10 minutes until crispy.
  4. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  5. Fill the taco shells with the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Top each taco with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry glaze.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
