  • 12 Sweet mini peppers
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 slices Crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • Fresh herbs (optional, like chives or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, chopped bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Stuff each pepper half with the cheese and bacon mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Feel free to adjust garlic powder according to taste.
