A comforting casserole featuring a flaky biscuit crust filled with savory ground beef, mixed vegetables, and topped with cheddar cheese.

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (6 oz) Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, then drain excess fat.
  3. Combine the frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the beef mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Mix the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package instructions, using milk instead of water.
  6. Spoon the biscuit mixture over the beef mixture evenly.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the biscuits.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
