A vibrant and refreshing salad featuring crisp celery, creamy feta, and a zesty lemon dressing, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 4 stalks Fresh Celery, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Fresh Herbs (parsley, dill, or mint), chopped
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup Pitted Olives, sliced
  • 1 cup Heirloom Tomatoes, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your Fresh Celery: Wash and slice the celery into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice until fully combined.
  3. Add Herbs and Feta: Toss the chopped herbs, olives, and feta into the bowl with the celery.
  4. Combine the Ingredients: Pour the lemon-olive oil dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  5. Allow to Rest: Let the salad rest for a few minutes or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
