Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  2. Remove leaves and stem from the cauliflower, and chop it into florets.
  3. Pulse the cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice or fine crumbs.
  4. Transfer the cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  5. Combine the cauliflower, egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Shape the cauliflower mixture into a pizza crust on the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Add your desired toppings and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Slice and enjoy your cauliflower crust pizza!

Notes

Ensure to squeeze out as much moisture from the cauliflower as possible for a firm crust. Feel free to customize toppings and experiment with herbs.
