A rich, creamy Alfredo without the pasta, featuring fresh shrimp and a luscious sauce perfect for low-carb cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Cook the shrimp until pink.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For an even richer flavor, sauté a bit of onion with the garlic. Ensure shrimp are patted dry for optimal searing.
