Indulge in rich chocolate and sweet caramel with these delicious Caramel Brownies that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add this to the butter mixture.
  5. Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the brownie batter, then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
  7. Spread the remaining brownie batter over the caramel and chocolate chips.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of whipped cream for an elevated experience. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature.
